Angel and the Iceman. Sounds like an 80s John Wayne movie.

I think Nightcrawler is not dibbed since Uncanny X-Men got shut down. Did anyone see the New Mutants movie trailer? Marvel hasn't done a horror film since the first two Blade films.

New Mutants is such a great concept. Not sure on the horror movie, but I'll still check it out.

Hulk isn't a horror film...it's a disaster movie. See Nostalgic Critic's review of that flick. Nick Nolte and Hulk Dogs? (Add Simpsons shudder FX)

New Mutants is such a great concept. Not sure on the horror movie, but I'll still check it out. You have a repressed Catholic who turns into a wolf, a Russian witch who spent years in a hell-dimension, and a woman who can reveal your greatest fears. Back when there were only two X-Titles, New Mutants seemed to be the edgier read. This was where Legion was introduced, where Shadow King abused a young woman for over a year, where a young mutant committed suicide, and where Wolfsbane replayed Cypher's death in the Danger Room dozens of times. This was heavy stuff, and it's a shame that so many people only know it as a precursor for X-Force.

This is what I've been saying! lol Demon Bear, Belasco, Brood Xavier the New Mutants were all about the horror!

Kind of want to do a Multiple Man series since hearing about James Franco being cast.

I would love to one day do a completely oddball X-related book. Something like PAD's All-New X-Factor (which should have lasted longer than the 2 years it did).

The merry mutants of Marvel have long been a passion of mine with giant size X-Men number 1 being the first comic book I clearly remember reading. BUT like I mentioned in the 'ones that got away thread' they've long eluded me in terms of writing them. I'd love to do an X-Factor-type book with mutants who act as a bridge between humanity and their own kind or really I'd also love to do a Jean Grey solo book as she is hands down my favorite superhero but alas I fear neither is meant to be as every site I find all the characters I'd need are dibbed, lol, and rightly so as they are amazing

I did have, very briefly, a plan for a mini-series set in an AU which was basically the only superpowers were Psionic Ones, and Jean Grey led her Psi-Cops into battle against Shadow King, Legion, etc etc.
Plus, I got to re-use Psimon from the much-unloved Warlock series.

I like to see a New Mutants revival with the movie coming next year, but some of the decent young mutants are already dibbed. And we know we need a Wolverine relaunch, and redcon anything with the TMNT just start from scratch. Look how Logan did at the Box Office.

If I only had the time, I'd love to try my hand at an Iceman solo series again. The last time I introduced Ronny Drake (from X2) into the MU as Bobby's cousin and had Bobby trying to both keep him out of trouble on top of helping the Power Pack when of one them went rogue and tried to kill the others.

It was Katie wasn't it? Her power is genuinely frightening.

You made one of the sweet simple Power Pack a homicidal monster? ...nice move
