With New X-Men, X-Factor, and Deadpool releasing on the site, Generation X soon to make a return, and a few X Unlimited issues coming in lately, I was hoping to kick around some ideas for an X-centric crossover. No major site-wide event...I just always loved reading title crossovers as a kid. Things like X-cutioner's Song and Age of Apocalypse.
Anyone interested in joining in? We don't have a story planned yet to link the titles together, but suggestions are welcome, and maybe this could be a good way to kick off some new titles!

One of the first comics I read was X-Men #15, right in the middle of X-Cutioner's Song. There were a lot of characters, a lot of history, and I didn't know any of it. But there was a guy with metal wings and he'd just cut off somebody's head, so I was hooked. It also ended with two very cool-looking guys about to fight, so I made it a point to look for the next story.
Crossovers are awesome, and Deadpool knows it. That's why he goes out of his way to orchestrate one, because he sees past the fourth wall, knows how quiet the X-Titles have been, and thinks this'll make a big splash.

Dave, I'm always down for an X-Branch style crossover. Maybe follow-up on the consequences of the Lazarus Contract some more?
Steve, remember our old Avengers vs. X-Men crossover? I say we finally make it happen, maybe in like a mini-series format. 4-6 issues would probably do it.

I would be down to throw in a solo issue that ties into what ever you decide to throw down. With class work slowing down a bit I am working on finishing up Agent of the Bat and working on something else for the Marvel side of the site.

I like to be a part of this project. I had this plan for a Magneto version of the X-Men with him leading a team of former villains and other X-Men to fight in their own way to keep Charles' dream. Think a Thunderbolts version of X-Men even better. if I get this series off the ground, I would like to see Magneto's team and the X-Men's thoughts of their actions to help mutants and humans.

I'm not doing anything with the X-imprint, but wouldn't mind doing a one off for the anthology. Once you guys decide on a story if it's something big enough I wouldn't mind showing what some fringe X characters are up to.
