Since Aliki came from Dixon's run, along with some of the other characters you're using in Truth or Dare, I think it would be good to keep the entire first Nightwing run intact.

Quick Fire Thoughts!!
Spoilers Therein!!
Legion of Doom #7
Damn, every time I think it can’t get any worse for the League, it does, the various members turning upon one another following the airing of dirty laundry. They’re been at odds before but, battered and beaten (even broken) as they are, will they be able to pull back together again this time?
I’m not so sure.
I’d also like to point out that, in retrospect, I’m actually glad that I don’t know how many parts there are to this series, as I honestly can’t tell if this is as far as they have to fall, or if the pit will just keep on going.
Tense reading!!

I’m more of a Dixon era Nightwing fan back when Dick first stepped foot into Bludhaven than I was when they did Nu52 and just basically erased what Dick did in the city.

Thanks for the review. The pit doesn't get that much deeper but there are spikes and alligators and all sorts of harmful things at the bottom.

Thank you for your reviews guys, here's a few from me. More to come soon! Firstly John's own Truth or Dare I was so impressed. I never in a million years would have considered these two as being in the running for their own series, especially not just one of them at that! lol I love the mileage you get out of the most obscure characters in the smaller corners of this often all too grand world! The action was fantastic and the characters felt real. Which I have often found to be the benefit of such choices, the more "D-List" a character the more room there is to really explore. Can't wait to see what's next to come from this title, especially now that it sounds like we may be getting some Nightwing overlay Tobias' Action Comics was next on my list and oh what fun! I love how you achieve both a silver age AND a very modern vibe all at once. You really have captured the energy that most Superman family stories seem to share, that indescribable oomph they all have that keeps them flying higher than birds or planes heh. I love that Lois gets her own chance to shine and isn't just a reflection of the men in her life and each of the superboyS feels unique from the others, their own voice and personality shining through. I too quite enjoyed the "Smallvile"esque flashback but it's the modern story that has me REALLY intrigued as the Queen of Fables has always been a favorite and yet it never occurred to me to introduce a KING so I'm both awed and not so secretly jealous lol. Emma Woods' Batgirl is a most welcome showing as it's uniting so many of my FAVORITE characters... now including Bette "Flamebird" Kane! I love her and she has never been used to her potential, hopefully that is all a thing of the past now I love her interplay with both Steph and Wildcat (another favorite from way back to the JSA days, whose doing a great Giles in this story lol). Another wondrous introduction is that of Timmy Drake who if I may "fangirl"-boy here a bit has always been a bit of OTP, as the kids say, with our Stephanie for me and one that sadly the comics have never allowed to be happy heh (no pressure, ) Dave's The Shadow has me wishing for more in both good and bad ways, lol, in the more important good way that I want more from this great series but also that I wish I could find a good site for some Public Domain heroes fics I've been working on for YEARS! heh This issue epitomizes all I hoped with the mood as macabre and thrilling as any old radio mystery could hope for! I loved it. Both the psychological and literal horrors and bedevilments were used to great effect and I'm most glad that while this was the last of your pre-written fare you do intend to give us more! The combination of Midnighter, Red Hood and Shiva in Jake's Red Hood: American Nightmare is not one I've come across before but it should be a staple! It was electric. A term that could be used to describe this whole issue. The prose was kinetic. Even the more dialogue driven moments never fully settled and I mean that as a compliment. The mood was perfect just the right amount of edge without taking it too far that the fun parts can still be FUN. I hope to see more of all three of them but Jason does really shine through in a great way as our antagonistic protagonist

At some point when I wasn’t paying attention, I became a Mom. *sigh* But it matters not, for obviously I am a ‘Cool’ Mom. *Nod* As for your feedback, I’ve been having a great time mulling over the various candidates I would like to form Stephanie Brown’s supporting cast, and hopefully each of them will bring something unique to the table. Full confession, I can count the number of times I’ve actually seen Bette Kane in the comics on one hand, and I was originally sold on doing something with her due to the fact, historically speaking if not fictionally, she is the original Bat-Girl. Obviously that is not the case in DC2K continuity, Bette retaining the Flamebird identity, and events have forced the character to take a sideways step from what we might otherwise expect, but hopefully you will continue to enjoy what is to come. XD As for Batgirl and Red Robin, well... We’ll just have to see what happens won’t we. X3

BATGIRL #8 - I think one of Emma's strengths as a writer is introspection. We have a very solid grasp of what's going through Batgirl's head here, and I'm especially excited to see the new dynamic unfold between her and Bette Kane. I have come to the realisation that, when it comes to approaching a scene, my default setting does appear to be from the perspective of introspection, so I’m super happy to hear that it is going over well. XD I’m also having a lot of fun with the dynamic between Stephanie Brown and Bette Kane, especially being as these things tend to take on a life on their own. In addition... I’ve never had so much feedback for a single issue! Now I HAVE to write the next one...

I wrote this one in crunch time and was extremely worried the quality would be lacking
