Hi Guys,
I've returned after an absence with a concept that's been brewing within my notes for the longest time and it's a bit of blast from the past, especially for those who know their 90's Dc History or know the writing habits of Garth Ennis. My concept for the Edge side of the DCK community is Tommy Monaghan aka Hitman, one of Gotham's most famous assassin for hire and survivor of many inhuman events that would leave a normal person questioning their existence.
The concept I had in mind can be split into two different series; One is a anthology series that deals with separate stories revolving around the cast in-between the arcs in the Hitman run, for example have a single story involving Hitman facing off against a "Bloodlines Reject" in the ruins of Gotham after his previous nightly encounter with vampires. Following the anthology format would allow an easier way to avoid trying to Re-Boot Tommy's death or past storylines left by Ennis. Another series concept I had for the character was an "Ultimate Run" for the Elseworlds genre, a ultimate universe version of Hitman set within a Dc Universe that their heroes begin their lives in the nineties and into the 2000's.
I have more notes on these two different concepts for Hitman but i would like to know what you guys think?

The ruins of Gotham one could work in the aftermath of Mister Twister’s attack in Legion of Doom

I would like to see a DC2K version of Wild Dog pop up. I had plans for a Wild Dog reboot with Jack Wheeler looking more grittier and more like the Punisher, since he is DC's version of the Punisher. I would replace to hockey mask with the Casey Jones one from TMNT.

Wasn't a huge fan, but occasionally picked up an issue of hit man. I liked his relationship with Nat the hat and his disdain for ninjas.
His 'try out' for the JLA was hilarious.
I'd say, go ahead with it. Room for all kinds of characters and stories in the DCU.
As to Wild Dog, I liked his original minis and his return in Cave Carson. Always interested in bringing him into the DCU proper. Be fun to see such a street level character go up against some DC supervillains.
