Rainy day, so I'm going to try and get some reviews done:
Champions #11: Decent take on the "heroes as a business" trope. Nice introduction of a cast that I knew very little about. Everyone feels very distinct.
And who doesn't love a big robot fight in the middle of a city!
Fun start with lots of potential.

Apologies for the late review and response, it has been an incredibly busy December (two 54 hours weeks in a row) and now a case of Covid. Now with my excuses out in the open let's get down to the reviews of this month’s release.
Beware spoilers and…long work weeks.
Champions #11 – Emma Woods revives a long-dormant title, the Champions, within Marvel 2000s back catalog. We get the introduction of two minor characters; Ultra Girl and Crux into the Marvel 2000 universe, both of whom are well characterized in this tale. One thing I did notice was a few cases of incorrect capitalization in regards to some of the proper nouns used. Additionally, the name Cristal Lemieux is underlined within the release suggesting there may be a minor formatting issue going on. All in all, it is enjoyable to see an old title get some new life breathed into it. I can’t wait to see where this will go and what other new titles may be reborn.
Impulse #19 – Tobias Christopher’s Impulse runs in with an interesting mix of time periods as well as an interesting inhuman villain in the form of the vampire Ambrosia. The sheer gluttony of the villain is shocking, but interestingly makes her the match for all the speedsters running around the DC 2000 universe. We also get a minor piece of the mystical DC 2000 universe introduced with a way to defeat, or even just slow down vampires. The ending also suggests that the arc isn’t over and that somewhere in Metropolis we may be getting another speedster added to the mix.
X-Men: Legacy #3? or maybe 6? – I’m not sure but there may be a numbering issue with X-Men Legacy #3/6. But regardless of the number let's get onto the reviews, Cory Weigel is remastering his Uncanny X-Men run. The Shadow King’s onslaught on the X-Men continues with some interesting visuals on the Astral Plane. The demise of the Shadow King is interesting, and while it’s stated to be a permanent fix, I strongly doubt whether the villain is completely gone, or is merely biding his time waiting to strike. We also get an interesting cliffhanger which I can’t wait to see remastered and reintroduced.
