Hey, we can't let all of the other boards have all the fun, right? Brad and I have always kicked around the idea of adding a seventh member to our X-Men cast, so above is a list of characters that him and I have written in the past. Which one do you guys like best and who do you think would most fit the atmosphere of our X-Men? Note, just because we're having a poll doesn't mean we'd add one of these characters - or that we're even adding a seventh member! It's just for shits and giggles.

Woo HOO first vote! I voted Nightcrawler just because he really fits in with the current roster IMO. He can definately have some good interaction with Storm who seems like she's been dying to find something to do in the series.

Nightcrawler has been given great M2K character development (concerning the church) but I would love to see him back on the team, swinging a sword around in his tail.
His philosphy would really be a great way to balance the team's dynamic.

I went with Chamber, if only because I have some weird fixation with his character. Easily the best X-Man created in the last fifteen years.

Agree with Munn. As cool as Nightcrawler is and as big a fan as I am of Warpath, Chamber is just the epitome of feard and hated.

I chose Warpath. Because I'm an ass. Nightcrawler would be cool, but he's too much of a softy as of late. He can kick ass, but the direction the X-Men are headed in is dark.

If the X-Men are headed in a dark direction, I'd definitely say put Nightcrawler on the team. As the team descends in that direction, the contrast between Nightcrawler and the rest of the team could be fun to play with, and I'm sure the climax could be very interesting if done correctly.
I wasn't going to vote at all, but now I say... Multiple Man!
Wait! I mean... Nightcrawler!

Well, the team already has a few pretty light characters. Iceman's the ongoing comic relief, but you'll get a few fun comments from Beast and Rogue every now and then. I think if you add the swashbuckling Nightcrawler, things may get *too light.* However, the moody and depressed Catholic priest Nightcrawler... Nah, he's not that interesting, anyway.

I vote Warpath. He's the closest thing the X-versehas to a legacy member. Though Brubaker will beat you to it. And why no Strong Guy?

As far as I know, neither Brad or myself have written Strong Guy before. These are just characters that you've seen one of us or both of us write in the past.

Heh, I'd think Chamber would be the next X-Men to go to the Dark Side given recent revelations about his lineage in Marvel's Apocalypse vs. Dracula mini.
So I'll vote for him, perhaps he can be the next to bed Jean =)
