I've been looking to do some 2099 stuff and noticed that there was a 2099 series here at m2k. It seems to end rather abruptly in # 10 -- did it continue somewhere else? Or is this it?

While the series "2099: World Of Tomorrow" ended with issue #10, the story itself was continued in other mainstream titles at M2K. The story continues in David Wheatley's "Son Rise" event/crossover. Check out the Heroes main page for the gatefold page to the event or just go here: m2k.omegacen.com/sonrise/index.html . Sadly, there wasn't much done with the 2099 universe back in the Alternate Branch's first incarnation, but we did have X-Men 2099 and 2099: World Of Tomorrow to check out. If you'd be interested in exploring the 2099 world further or in reviving one of those two titles, or even just doing a story or two for the World Of Tomorrow anthology, just let one of us EiCs know! Hope this helps, Barry.

I haven't read through what was done with x-men 2099 yet at m2k but that's next on my agenda.

Tony had mentioned once about dusting off his Spidey 2099 series to bring back here.
