Has anyone thought of doing a superhero horror project? I don't mean like Marvel Zombies; I mean in a Brightburn type of setting, Even Darkman and The Crow can count as superhero horror.
I would like to see a Brightburn twist on Batman, with a dark avenger in a Metropolis type city killing criminals, and the police can't stop it.

Martian Manhunter: I 'd like to do stories set back when he was using the 'Bronze Wraith' identity and his time with the short-lived Justice Experience team.
Or maybe a bunch of stories all using his other identities.

I had an idea for a kind of reverse World's Finest, where Luthor is a noble scientist/ investigator and the Joker is a vigilante, like the Spider or Shadow and they fought the villainous thief, the Bat and the evil superior man. Maybe even set it in the 30's and Mentallo could be one of those clunky robots from the cliffhanger serials.

Nightmare Warriors is headed down that path as more characters end up with powers. Carrie, Firestarter and the Shining have characters coming in #49.

Nice idea of people with super powers vs movie monsters.

I've been thinking of what I want to write for this year's Halloween specials. I'm thinking of doing an homage to 80's camp horror and creature features. For the DC2K one I would like to add wraps with Elvira in a horror host type tale.

Have a Halloween story idea featuring Adam Strange and would like to do something with Doctor Druid, since I brought him back in Ghost Rider, but unsure how much I can get my act together.

I won't be able to do a Halloween story this year, due to real life stuff and the dentist. Sorry.
One thing I would like to do in 2023 is do a Wolverine/Spider-Man story. But what I want to do is to make Spidey snap at Wolverine. Just to see Logan being told by Spidey in a pissed off rage, as Peter is tired to being dissed as Logan doesn't know what Peter has been through as Spider-Man.
Seeing an Unfriendly Neighborhood Spider-Man raged and fighting Wolverine would be a great story.

I think I have potentially solved both my issue with my "Ka-Zar" alternate Universe idea, and also, with the storyline issue I was having with the 2nd Volume of Elementals. Which is pleasing.

I've been thinking about fixing bad comic book movies.
Like TMNT 2 (1991) would have Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang. TMNT 3 would be the final battle with Shredder and intro Baxter Stockman and the Rat King.
TMNT 2 would continue where the first movie ended with the TMNT at April's apartment, while the Foot is disbanded. Shredder survives his end and meets human Bebop and Rocksteady of the Purple Dragons who need a new leader after the TMNT put him in jail. The TMNT learn about their past after a news story about TCRI, as Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady, with some of the Purple Dragons plan to steal some of the mutagen. Both teams clash at TCRI, with the baddies getting the ooze. Shredder turns Bebop and Rocksteady into their warthog and rhino forms.
That's what I have so far for an idea of a TMNT 2 redo. The movie would have ended with an cliffhanger that would introduce Krang, and a new version of Super Shredder.

Don't know if anybody is still here, but I thought I'd throw this out: Putting together my notes for my upcoming run on the Hulk, I've been looking for villains that the Hulk might not have fought before.
Come up with a couple, but am open to suggestions. If you think of someone, or even if you're not sure but it sounds like a cool fight, thrown your ideas my way.

I can see Hulk tangle with The Superior Four that were New F4 versions of Doc Ock from the Devil's Reign storyline. Replace Ock with Superior Spider-Man, then you have four threats the Hulk can deal with.
I can see Carnage clash with Hulk.

Hadn't thought about a symbiote. That has potential...

Is the 'Bar with no name", the hang out for super villains, still a thing?
Reading some 80's Captain America issues where it shows up. Always thought it was a cool idea, worthy of getting a story of it's own or being the setting for an anthology.
