In the not distant future, somewhere near Deep 13:
- Valeria as Doom with a newly returned Franklin (who has just returned from a decade long trip through the multiverse to get a handle on his powers) as her sworn enemy.
- Alpha and Nova (Sam Alexander) are heading up the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Other ideas for an alt world:
- Frank Castle is still out there killing, but realizes someone needs to carry on since he's no longer a young man. Enter Johnny Storm, whose family was killed by Dr. Doom just prior to taking that fateful space journey and years for violent justice.
- Steve Rogers first born son, who just happens to be gay, takes up the shield of Captain America when Steve retires, dividing the country over the new Cap's sexuality.
- Charles Xavier never opens his school for gifted mutants, instead becoming a Wal-Mart greeter. What would become of the future X-Men?
- What if Rick Jones had saved Bruce Banner that fateful day, taking that radiation blast himself?
- Peter Parker's Aunt May and Uncle Ben both end up murdered that night, and Peter has no choice but to go live with an adopted family: The Thompsons. How will Peter keep his identity safe while living the person who bullies him every day?

There's an episode of 90's X-Men where we learn that Mr. Sinister created Jack the Ripper. Maybe we get a era where Norman Osborn creates some of Spidey's foes, like a vampire version of the Vulture.
I like to see Disney characters in the Marvel U, like the Incredibles meet Spider-Man or The F4.

These are some fun ideas.
Let's go back to the first one, Dan. I hadn't thought about Steve marrying but if he's never frozen he probably marries Peggy Carter and has kids. That could be a whole series to explore right there. The Rogers Family, take Tobias' idea and have Steve's son take the mantle while also coming out. How does the world handle a gay Captain especially if it's the 70s or 80s. Add in Steve's daughter trying to make her own name and Sharon Carter who has taken control of SHIELD due to Steve's tutelage. Also, yeah with Rogers being a prominent spokesman for mutants and heroes alike does the world fear them less now? Is Magneto's Brotherhood smaller now? How does Steve react to more violent vigilantes coming on the scene?
I think the second option is the most intriguing so far. Richards and Doom try to make a better world but their thirst for knowledge and power, respectively, cause them to make a less than free society. I love the Fantastic Avengers idea! You can have Reed, Doom, Iron Man, Hank Pym and Wasp maybe Ms Marvel and Vision. Meanwhile, Sue is leading a resistance with her brother, Namor, Spider-Man and maybe some others. Where does Ben Grimm fall? Is he reluctantly helping his best friend or forlornly facing off against him? What of the mutants do Reed and Doom get Magneto or Xavier to their side? Do Erik and Charles put their differences aside to work for the good of mutantkind?

I like to see a continuation of Superior Spider-Man with a twist: Otto is still in Peter's body and fights Green Goblin, until Osborn brings in the Sinister Six and tells them about Otto, and they betray him after what he done to them. Otto defeats the villains, and the other Heroes learn about what just happen and strip him off the Avengers after what he did. Peter in his ghost form is still there, as he still trains Otto to use Great Power and Great Responsibility to help rebuild the image of Spider-Man. As for Black Cat...She goes mentally insane in prison and starts killing as she plans on killing everyone who betrayed her and still has plans to end Spider-Man once and for all. This is how you do a great run for Spider-Man; get rid of the clones and try for Peter to get Otto to reunite with MJ, as everyone hates that crap of the deal with The Devil. And maybe seeing Black Cat leading the Sinister Six as a threat could work. I have to admit I do like the idea of a Black Cat lead Sinister Six, I mean in the current comics we have seen how Felica leads a criminal empire. We've all seen what she can do once she fully embraces her bad girl side. Now on the Otto thing being true and keeping to the characters nature, Otto would never let anyone really try and change him. He is stubborn and ego driven to prove that he is the best there is, there was, and there ever will be. Ever so often you may see something heroic but in the end, Otto will always revert back to what he has always been an egotistical at best second best villain in Spideys rogues gallery.

I was a fan of marvels short lived 'noir' imprint and have some notes about putting marvel characters in 30's pulp/detective settings. or doing something like Marvel 1602 and moving the marvel universe lock, stock and barrel to a different era of history. I love noir and 30s pulp stuff, it would be really fun to see characters in that setting. Clint Barton as a former criminal trying to stay on the straight and narrow. Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson as private eyes which stumble onto a big case against crime boss Wilson Fisk. Lots of fun stuff in that type of setting. Spider-Man Noir was one of my favorites from the series. I loved when they brought the character to the Spider Man cartoon here recently.

Remove the sliding timescale. Peter Parter is now pushing 70 while a young Miles Morales is swinging around. Steve Rogers woke up in the 1960's, so when the Winter Soldier appears he's old but still in great shape due to the SS serum. Thor is of course still young, but when he becomes unworthy it is a very old Jane Foster who picks up the hammer. Every week, Kamala Khan visits the old-age home to listen to the stories of Carol Danvers. Gravity is now in his prime and the greatest hero of the day. Oh, and the Maestro has just emerged. I have always wondered how things would have worked out if the heroes that were introduced back in the start of things aged like people did in real life. What kind of heroes and villains would we have now to deal with? Would the X-Men and Avengers teams still be like they were or are they now global teams? Who would still be around to mentor and train the next generation of heroes? I think it was GenNext that did something like this in that book.

What if Frank came across a disgruntled military person like James Rhodes or Wade Wilson? I would read this story if someone would actually write it. Just imagine what Peter would have to go through trying to balance everything out with having to stay off Flashes radar daily and when Flash does find out does he hate Peter for it or start to change the way he sees his brother?

Look like Black Cat is going back as a good guy after the events of the Venom crossover and last issue of The Defenders. As for Otto, the one we have now is a clone as the real one is dead and sympathetic after redeeming himself for what he has done. If Superior continued with Peter still getting Otto to the side of good to redeem himself after all he done. with Peter trying to regain his and Otto's lives.

Another interesting idea might be a Marvel version of Tangent. Which would work exactly like DC's but obviously with Marvel names. lol

I'm down for this On the Iron Man idea what if Howard Stark was so advanced in the field of science that he not only created an actual working android but he also figured out a way to transfer the mind of his terminally ill son Tony into the steel body.

I'm trying to have willpower here!

Big Hero 6 is five teens with attitude who pilot Baymax who is a giant kaiju fighting robot.
Beverley Switzer is sent to an alien world ruled by duck people, and Howard is the only one to protect her from being dissected.
Deadpool is a mental patient who is a big comic book fan and becomes a gun touting crime fighter in the real world.
What if the Marvel Heroes existed in the real world?
Dr. Strange gets the same origin as Spawn.
