Okay, here's one.
What if the Fantastic Four kept each other's powers throughout the series? Like in the first few issues before it got switched back?

What if... Cory Wiegel had finished his run on ASM and the Rose Goblin storyline, and not Mike Exner III? Inquiring minds wanna know. DO IT. "What if.. staring Spider-Man". Then do what you were GOING to do. I remember I was reading that when it came out, and I was going to do a girl goblin.. and I was like "oh man, is this guy going to do the same thing I was going to do?!? I hope not, cause then people will think I copyed him." So I IMed you and BOO YA it was what I was going to do somewhere else. But then neither one of us ended up doing it. So it's your duty to "What If.." it and bust it out.

Anyway, a "What If...?" story involving my "ending" to my ASM run is on my list of things to do at M2K before I quit forever. I'll get to it - eventually!

I Have three What if's??? What if the Marvel Universe merged with the Archie Universe...again? What if Beverly came to Duckworld and met Howard the Duck? What if the Punisher joined the Avengers?

What if the Punisher joined the Avengers? Frank Castle on the Avengers would be very very interesting. Crosby has already displayed the dislike/rescpect these two characters have for one another, imagine them on the same team.

What if the Runaways had failed to defeat their parents at the end of volume #1?

... The '90s era as we knew it would cease to be socially relevant...

That one had me laughing for five minutes straight.
Fact #33: In exchange for letting him win, Wolverine agreed to buy Lobo a beer. Then he welched by running to another dimension. Hence Wolverine can never appear in a Marvel/DC crossover.

What if M married Jubilee (see X Men Prime 11 for why!) *Hides from all the anti M marriage supporters.*

Jubilee and M get married, eh? It'd have to be a shot gun wedding since Jubilee hasn't shown to reciprocate her feelings. I could see Ambassador St. Croix with a double barreled, sawed-off shotgun in the small of Jubilee's back, while a obese hillbilly in oil stained overalls missing his two front teeth leads the ceremony at the local trailer park, and M giggles in glee at the prospect of her wedding night...
Hey, it could work! Wheatley sure made M a very different character at M2K. ;D

What If...Ed Brubaker read M2K's run of Daredevil and decided to steal a bunch of the ideas for his run on Marvel's Daredevil?
Oh, wait. Never mind. This one's already been answered.

I never noticed the dates on the events...please tell me this is just a coincidence... Logan Polk (who wrote M2K's DD 1-10) killed Foggy in #1. When I took over with #11 (well over two years ago) I immediately began setting up two major plot points: Matt Murdock was going to go to jail, and there was a separate Daredevil running around. Now, the killing of Foggy by Brubaker could be a coincidence, since fanfic killing prominent characters is quite common, but add in both Murdock going to jail (a plot I've changed because of what's going on in the Marvel title) AND there being another Daredevil running around and, well...I find the possibility of that being just a coincidence highly improbable.
